Our floors are disenfected every day our equipment is wiped down after every session. You will never wait for a piece of equipment here as we never have more than 6 sessions at a time. Our clients love having their own private gym.

STAFF: Absolutly the thing that makes us so special. I put much effort into the hiring process here. I started interviewing trainers during the buildout of the facility in August of 2006. In all I met with over 200 trainers.As of December 2007 we have 6 dedicated, professional, passionate trainers working here. Every trainer needs to have an education and at least 5 years experience and a list of very happy clients. After the thorough interview process they must pass my "mini bootcamp" were they will prove their ability to work with the many different types of clients we cater too.
