Cardio theater room: If you own personal training sessions with Studio 1-on-1 you are invited to use our state of the art cardio theater room with Direct TV for your viewing pleasure. We are more than happy to design the proper aerobic program for you based on your current fitness level and your fitness goals. This room is opened 7 days a week for all clients.

Locker rooms: We offer locker with locks in each of our restrooms for anyone working with a trainer. There are 6 lockers in each room and we never have more than6 clients so you will never have to leave your valuables hanging around. We provide a lock and you just hold on to your key during your workout or one of our staff will be happy to do so.

Towel service: We offer 2 free towels for every workout. Our towels are soft and clean and we even have different colored towels for your training session so you always know which towel belongs to you. Our cardio room has plenty of soft white towels to help with that sweat your working so hard for.

Water and supplements: We have a cooler filled with water for your workouts and Protein drinks for post workout. You can pay as you go or can keep a credit card on file and simply sign out on your account for all beverages.

Online scheduling: If you’re purchasing group fitness session we can give you access to our online scheduling software so you can easily book your favorite class.

Body composition testing: We have the In body 520 body composition analyzer that allows us to access your current body composition in the most accurate and efficient way possible. We do this test for FREE once a month for any current clients of STUDIO 1-ON-1. Other facilities in the area send us clients to take this test and we charge $69 for it. If you train with us we want to ensure we are making progress towards your goals and the In body 520 is a great way to do that.
