We have 20 pieces of cardio equipment all with built in TV's featuring direct TV. Four of our machines even have DVD's. We feature MOTUS treadmill's, Recumbent bikes, elliptical machines and upright bikes. We also have Precor ellipticals and two stairmaster stepmills.

We are the only Studio in Los Angeles that offers full 7 day use of our state of the art cardio theater room. 20 pieces of cardio equipment that all have TV's with DirecTV hookup. Enjoy your favorite program while burning off those extra calories.

Our clients love that they can use this even on the days they are not meeting with their trainer. They also love the fact that there is never a line for machines and we keep the equipment sparkling.

We will design a proper cardio program for every member of the studio. We are always amazed that people will just jump on a treadmill without taking their heart rate into consideration before training. All of our machines are POLAR Heart rate capable. This means it will detect your heart rate while you exercise. If you are not tracking this, you definitely are not being efficient and are potentially putting yourself into a dangerous situation.
