We will design a proper cardio program for every member of our studio. I am always amazed that people will just jump on a treadmill without taking into consideration their heart rate when training. All of our machines are POLAR Heart rate capable, this means they will detect your heart rate while you exercise. If you are not tracking this you definatly are not being efficent and are potentially putting yourself into a dangerous situation.
