We are very different in that everyone that exercises here is working with a professional, educated, experienced trainer. Unlike a gym where people go in and just follow the person that may look good our members are actually following a plan and being motivated by a professional!

Well Yes and No. We do offer our Cardio theater room to all our members 7 days a week. In the training area you need to have an appointment. We do have a beautiful gym and every week people ask about "just joining a gym" but I chose to keep our facility private to better serve our clients.

We have a great staff of trainers that are capable of working with every person in every situation. We do strength training, functional training, athletic performance training, Pre and post partum training, You name it and we are doing it here at STUDIO 1-ON-1.

Good question because in Training industry there really is no regulation for trainers. Don't let a certification or even a degree fool you. After interviewing so many trainers this last year I was amazed at how good some people look on paper but when they were made to apply their knowledge they were not only awful but DANGEROUS! Because I do not have the overhead of a large facility and because I really care about a GREAT product I take very good care of my staff and therefore it is very difficult to get hired here. On top of the basic requirements all facilities have I put them through a series of interviews and a "boot camp" to ensure they know what they are doing and LOVE what tehy are doing. On top of this I require all trainers to continue their education process. We work as a team and no one wants to be a weak link.

BETTER! I have been a very succesful trainer for the last 17 years and th one thing I saw in my time "on the road" is trainers taking clients for granted and trainers overworking and not really being able to give the client their all! This will never happen here. All the trainers here were independents making a higher hourly wage they chose to work here for the consistent work we create. They also have more than just you to answer too, they have to answer too me and I keep them motivated to always do there best! There is no question in my mind the trainers perform higher and more consistent then trainers out there that charge double our rates!

Very simple. I do pay my trainers more and I don't make as much per session but we train many, many sessions each month. This was my basic business concept. Create a facility that will attract many clients, hire GREAT trainers, make some passive income and not have to worry about working 16 hour days as an independent and marketing myself! The system is working great, The client gets superior training and service and the trainers do not have to worry about finding work!

Yes we provide a state of the art, super clean CARDIO THEATER ROOM for all our member to use 7 days a week. The only personal training studio in the area that can offer this. 19 pieces of cardio equipment each with its own personal TV. We will develop the right program so you can burn the calories in a clean, private atmosphere. With our restricted membership you will not have to wait for a machine here.

Unfortunatly ME the owner of STUDIO 1-ON-1! This is obviously a simple site but the idea is to get some ideas down and then have the web designer take this info an make something nice in the next few months.
