Personal Training Options
STUDIO 1-ON-1 full session
This is a 55 minute session with a professional personal trainer in our state of the art personal training studio. Every session is customized to help you reach your fitness goals. We are using science in every session but we realize we are applying it to the most complex system on the face of the planet, the human body. Your trainer will be 100% focused on you and your workout, No phone calls, no sandwich breaks, no nonsense. Your time, your workout!
STUDIO 1-ON-1 power session
This is the 30 minute version of our full session. Some of our fittest clients choose to do this type of training. There is generally less teaching and more motivating in these power sessions. I always suggest every client starts with a few full sessions so that we can build a proper program and make sure your form is excellent and your body ready for the intensity of a power workout. If you don’t think you can get a great workout in 30 minutes then you have never trained at STUDIO 1-ON-1.
