Prenatal training
Baby on the way? A proper training program can keep you from adding on excess weight and keep you and your baby healthy before and during your pregnancy. We have trainers certified in prenatal training to ensure you are safe during all training. We also more than happy to speak with your physician on any concerns she or he may have.
Postnatal training
The little one has arrived and you want to lose that extra baby weight. We have the right trainers and programs to make sure you get that pre pregnant body back and keep safe doing so. Some of our moms even chose to do some training with their babies. This can be a fun way to get your exercise in while spending quality time with your little one.
