OUR STUDIO IS UNIQUE IN MANY WAYS.

The design allows us to give each client an amazing workout. We have exceptional trainers and the best equipment available. Our clients come from all walks of life.

individuals looking to gain lean tissue
people that have never seen a piece of exercise equipment prior to meeting us

Our clients love the fact that we cap the amount of sessions we train at the same time (we never have more than 6 people training in our studio at once). This allows us to put 100% of our attention on you during your session.

We keep our facility immaculate. The facility is professionally cleaned every day and our equipment is wiped down immediatly after every workout. We also provide a free towel service for every session.
